以前は接続できていた Cyberduck が突然繋がらなくなってしまいました。

以下のエラーメッセージが表示されます。

Operation timed out (Connection timed out). The connection attempt was rejected. 
The server may be down, or your network may not be properly configured.

どうすれば解決できますか？
